Based in NYC and Dominical, Costa Rica I offer in-person or Internet based dance lessons for women. My Embody the Goddess classes utilize elements of temple and belly dance techniques to help you connect to your inner goddess, along with mantra to invoke the different goddess energies. We then move into classic Burlesque gestures and delve more into performance to teach you how to move with confidence, command attention, and let your inner diva shimmy and shine. Individual private lessons and small group classes are available. This class is perfect for a ladies' night gathering, birthdays, bachelorette celebrations, and more! I am able to teach you via Internet when I am not in NYC, as I live in Costa Rica six to eight months out of the year.
