Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have more experience than many other attorneys working in this area of law since I have been practicing matrimonial and family law almost exclusively for the past 25 years. I make sure that all cases are researched and properly receive proper preparation for court.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The interesting people I meet every day as well as the opportunity to really help clients get through what is usually one of the most difficult times of their lives.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Do I need grounds to get a divorce? I advise my clients that New York has recently enacted no-fault divorce where fault grounds are no longer necessary.

How much money will I pay or receive in child support or spousal support? The answer to this question varies according to the income of the parties.
