Introduction: Born in Brooklyn, NY, Terance Takyi aka DJ Tao often found himself following the shadows of his older brother who essentially introduced DJ Tao to the Hip Hop music genre.
Inspired by the movie, Juice, DJ TAO began spinning his dad's old, used turntables at the age of 14.
Now having DJed for Guess stores and, more recently, Armani Exchange throughout the tri-state area, DJ Tao is quickly becoming one of New York's best DJs.
