Introduction: Growing up in the vibrancy of Midtown Manhattan, DJ DubbZ went from block parties, to mega clubs, and even to huge concerts filled with thousands of screaming fans. New York's eclectic pulse greatly influenced his open format DJ style, which includes hip-hop, Latin, reggae, house, and Top 40s. His signature, high-energy presence at every venue and unique combinations of genres, melodies, and scratch techniques made him a favorite among club goers and music lovers alike. During his early years, DubbZ interned at both Downtown Records and the International Music Center, giving him his first peek into the industry. His first official broadcasting position was at John Jay College Radio as vice president. Soon after, he began headlining numerous events all over NYC and even had guest spots on American Latino TV and The Style Network. Most recently, DubbZ has been touring non stop after releasing five mixtapes in the span of two years. From New York to Vegas, Toronto and Miami, there hasn't been a crowd he couldn't move. He was nominated for The On The Rise DJ of The Year at the 2012 Latin Mixx Awards in NYC and judged the 2012 Winter Music Conference DJ Spin-Off in Miami. With his schedule filling quickly and the numerous mixtape projects in the works, his eyes are set on FM Radio and touring internationally.
