A. Virus removal and data recovery are some of the issues we see most often. Regardless of the situation, we have several different tools and options to repair it.
A. The more information you have about your machine, the better. We can definitely find out everything we need to, but if you can provide any info, it will help us narrow down the issue more quickly.
A. Most repairs do take some time to complete. We work our hardest to turnaround the work as quickly as possible, but with the potential to have parts shipped and tests run, expect a few days once your machine is checked in.
A. Ask about the turnaround time and what to expect in terms of communication (We email, phone, and text when work is complete.) And ask about warranty on the service (Ours is 90 days after any repair.)
A. Pricing differs depending on repair type, cost of parts, etc. Once we diagnose the issue, we can provide a more exact quote. If you decide to decline the repair, there is NO CHARGE for our diagnosis. Please see our website for more detailed estimates.
