- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing differs depending on repair type, cost of parts, etc. Once we diagnose the issue, we can provide a more exact quote. If you decide to decline the repair, there is NO CHARGE for our diagnosis. Please see our website for more detailed estimates.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removal and data recovery are some of the issues we see most often. Regardless of the situation, we have several different tools and options to repair it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The more information you have about your machine, the better. We can definitely find out everything we need to, but if you can provide any info, it will help us narrow down the issue more quickly.
