Introduction: My success as an English instructor can partly be attributed to the different roles that have become necessary for me to adapt when communicating with students. Gaining students' trust through empathy, relevancy and facts are vital components in communication. I genuinely care about the choices our youths make, whether in writing an essay or how they can affect the world around them.
