- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best place to find out is to visit our website! Other than that our Value is reflected through our pricing and experience of 20 years as a fully operational Photo and Video Company. Our Clients after booking are entitled to the following discounts: • Book a Photography Job and receive 25% on all Professional Print orders made through your delivered Image Gallery. • Order 2 or more Professional Photo Albums from us and receive 10% off total price of each album.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is I politely prompt all new prospective customers the option to set up an initial meeting over phone or through zoom. Following an initial meeting I will send a work proposal/estimate by email breaking down details, costs, and deliverables of the job. Once deposit is received, I organize all other details necessary in making sure a customers wedding or event package goes as planned. We hold dates / inquires up to 48 hrs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied Photography in an academic setting as well as 18 years as a working photographer. We have a staff of Photographers and Videographers on hand to fit your creative needs.
