Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I train clients from a no judgement zone. This is not a "one size fits all" connection. I'll meet you where you are at and customize a fitness plan based on your own individual lifestyle. I love seeing how clients transform when they reach their fitness and health goals. It's more than just the physical rewards. It's amazing to watch them also achieve career and personal goals with their newfound confidence.

My experience with Jodi was great! I did a 28 day challenge and I lost about 10 pounds. She gave me a meal plan to follow that I still use, she was a amazing coach. I reccommend her to anyone that is looking to improve on their health and fitness.

Need to step up your game and get into action? Jodi does that in her 28 day Challenge! By inspiring a cohort of professional women to detoxify, eat better, get active and help one another, she motivated all of us to rise to the challenge. Was it difficult? Yes! Was it worth it? Absolutely! Even from 2000 miles away I could hear Jodi coaching me to success.

Jodi is my personal trainer, she's been working with me for a little over a year now. I have become more fit, motivated to work out multiple times a day. I have lost 35lbs which result in higher energy levels. Jodi inspires me to keep my health first. Jodi has given me health and nutrition advice that I have been able to modify/work around having one kidney. I do workout on my own but in order to see results working with Jodi has made a difference-she knew just what I needed to get the results I wanted. I still have work to do and glad to have Jodi there to help.

I travel a great deal for work and because of that I spend the majority of time living in hotels, and eating out 3 times a day 7 days a week. Even with my crazy schedule, Miss Jodi successfully coached me through a 28day Challenge with great results! Her daily healthy eating and training tips and continuous words of encouragement made completing the Challenge on the road a breeze!! Jodi is a health and fitness powerhouse!! I would highly recommend her services!!!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I regularly attend fitness, nutrition and product trainings to stay on top of the latest trends and changes in fitness and health. I also write/blog for various magazines online and print.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been a career coach for years and many of my clients often would have health issues and/or go through life changes where their health and work were at battle with each other. They were either too busy to spend quality time with their family/friends, lost their job and gained weight from being depressed, wanted to start a family, traveled so much that they did not have any routine and are poorly...and the list goes on I wanted to have a solution for them. But without your health you cannot do anything well. So, I decided to get certified to train personally and with group as well as indoor cycling because it was the only fitness class I could take after my own surgery years ago and I saw how it helped me physically and mentally.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    1. Choose someone to work with who gets YOU and wants to see you succeed. You need to click with them because you will be spending a pt of time together. 2. Look for someone who is both a cheerleader but can also push your limits. 3. Also, chose someone who knows more than a fitness plan for the gym. You need someone who is also aware of your lifestyle and has a wholistic approach to health and fitness.
