Introduction: I am an ex-military and have trained for years with survival instructors and special forces members and have gone through many years of military survival, first aid, and strength training classes.
I have trained in judo, jujitsu, multiple forms of yoga, and multiple types of bodybuilding. I also have dieted every which way possible, so I am great at alternative eating suggestions. I make dieting fun. I am more focused with my trainee's form and knowledge than his/her's speed or strength. I can help set up cycles of workouts and/or dieting depending on how much you want to push yourself.
