I am leading sessions with efficiency, intensity and playfulness that keep you in shape and coming back! I put emphasis on safety and proper form. I vary classes with the 5 aspects of fitness, coupling with phases and modalities.
I've been singing steady in cover bands since the age of 17 and have studied with an opera singer for most of my life.
