I first met Albis over 10 years ago when he was a trainer at my local gym. I lost touch when I moved to LA but when I returned to NYC I made a point of searching for him again. It took me two years to find him but I'm so glad I did! He is very in tune to what my body needs and has helped me with some trouble spots. I highly recommend Albis for your training needs.
