Introduction: I'm a certified fitness professional with over 25 years of experience. I believe in the fundamentals of training, which are nutrition, weight, and cardio training. I incorporate the latest cutting-edge technique and exercise modality with an emphasis in safety, which I personally feel many trainers tend to overlook. I am very strict when it relates to proper form and execution of body movements unlike many trainers who are in my field, whom I have witnessed myself, allowing their clients to execute improper form, thereby creating bad body movement patterns which can ultimately result in physical injury down the line. I specialize in sports-specific training, such as golf, tennis, and body building, and I can prepare you for Spartan and tough mudder races, to name a few. I will help you lose body fat, gain muscle, or simply tone up. I've worked with special population individuals and athletes in the rehabilitation of lower back and shoulder injuries. I specialize in lower back and shoulder rehabilitation. I sought on my own to research, study, and educate myself on a continuous basis to seek out the latest in sports nutrition. I've had three trainers in the last 2 years and I can honestly truly say not one of them accomplished what Louis did in just three months of training. The man should have a Phd in Sports Nutrition, supplements and dieting if there were such a thing. He taught me the importance of NUTRITION!!! NUTRITION!!! NUTRITION!!! (like the way he always emphasizes it. Lol!). He taught me to eat every 3.5 hrs to avoid creating insulin spikes with the 2 meals a day protocol which most women and people who are trying to lose weight usually do. He says you have to stoke the furnace, in turn, I ate more often without starving myself. However, eating more often didn't mean I could just eat any good carb or good fats. This is what most trainers don't know. It's easy to eat complex carbs and lean protein and good fats, but even eating those macro nutrients at the wrong time will not help you lose fat (hence, the word macro nutrients before Louis was not part of my dictionary. He is both a teacher and a trainer). This is what I mean about Louis, he taught me timing is everything. The 30 min. window of opportunity after your workout you can get away with even having the simplest refined carbs. Although he doesn't suggest it, you can get away with it without causing any harm to your body fat losing goals. He also taught me how to manipulate my own GH realease, which helps in losing body fat and igf-1 SECRETION. He is a walking sports nutrition encyclopedia and lab professor all wrapped in one. I can go on and on but I have to mention his training technique and principals. He is very methodical in his way of thinking and says everyone is an individual and no one should train the same even if they have the same goals. He is very strict when it comes to execution of exercises (which he refers to as movements). He will repeat himself 1,000 times if he sees you doing any exercise in bad form. He believes in proper form when liftiing in order to avoid injury and to get the most results in a short period of time. I lost 10 lbs. of body fat and gained scuplted elongated beautiful muscle definition in the short time while working with him. It's truly remarkable the results I've gained in the time I've been working with Louis. His high intensity training methods were incorporated way before all the crossfit and p90x workouts became the new in thing to do for all these weekend warriors. He is truly way ahead of the game. The best trainer I ever will have. No doubt about it.

Louis has been my trainer for several years. He's professional pushes me and makes the best use of my time. I accomplish more in 1 hour with him than I would in 3 days of classes or working out alone. I have a very busy schedule so I like to maximize my time. His type of training you burn the most calories, fun, safe and you feel so much better after!!! People stop me all the time and I say louis is my trainer, if I could just watch my diet the results would even be better.

Lou is a skilled professional. I've been training with Lou for 4 years and have found him to be reliable with his appointments, insiteful in his dietary suggestions, and a great motivator. I've observed he consistantly has the same clientele. This leads me to believe other people feel the same way. Since I've started training with him, I have built more strength and muscle and have changed my diet. Thanks to Lou I look and feel great!

I have been training with Louis Ramos for over 10 years My experience has been so positive for me I have had a few ailments physically and he had worked on those areas. I now have no pain and improved muscle tone Louis is very knowledgeable about nutrition and vitamins as well My overall health has improved tremendously He is charming and a pleasure to train with.
