Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Besides understanding a clients physical needs, we understand their mental and emotional reasons for wanting to be fit. We connect to our clients emotionally, so we both have something vested in this besides the business transaction. There is nothing better in my mind, than to see a client reach a new goal, and to see the reaction on their face. Not only have they reached a goal, BOTH client and training have reach a special point in the journey Together!! As mentioned above, its about the connection made with a client, the fact that we are reaching a goal together, At TRIlogy FITness we want to make the world better one client at a time (unless its buddy system or group), by building them up physically, emotionally, and mentally. Whats better than that???

Hired on Thumbtack

When you're training with Leo, he is on and great about pushing you to push yourself mentally and physically. The problem I had with him is that he would often cancel or "reschedule" minutes before we were scheduled to meet. He also wasn't great about making up missed sessions. For $800/month, I didn't find this to be excusable considering all he has to do is show up. I ended up asking him for money back for the remaining half of my last month and he refused. If you sign up with Leo, beware that he is quick to ask for your money but slow to show up. This isn't the first trainer I've experienced that does this, so it could just be a cultural thing, but nonetheless, unacceptable when you are spending money for someone to simply show up and give you instruction. There were other hiccups but this was the one that I couldn't get over.
Personal Training

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ALWAYS!!! It is imperative that one builds their intellectual repertoire in any given field, but especially in one where you hold the clients health at hand.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the trainer/company truly is vested in your needs, this profession isnt about money but about giving your all to your clients and fighting for them to get to where they want to be. That does have a price, YOU as a client have to decide how much thats worth.
