I believe in truly respecting the individual goals and abilities of every client. Wherever you are this year, this week, or walking into the studio today, I will listen and work with you to give your body exactly what it needs. As an actor, the Gyrotonic method has improved my posture, alignment, and overall body awareness. As a resident of this busy city, it helps me to both de-stress and feel invigorated at the end of a long day. I love bringing these things to others through my work, helping more people feel good both inside and out!
