Introduction: With over seven years of personal training experience, a master's degree in Exercise Physiology, bs in Nutrition, the NSCA's gold standard certification for strength and conditioning, and a personal library bookshelf full of knowledge, I am one of the most qualified and educated trainers here in New York City. Fitness is my passion, and I've followed that passion all the way to the top on the USA team for The Strongman Fitness World Championships.
My primary philosophy for training is that if you want to look like an athlete, you need to train and eat like one. Together, we can get you lean, fit and toned in a safe and healthy way with your own, customized diet and training program.
For nutrition I offer completely customized plans by making them as simple and specific as possible. I generally offer meal plans for the client to choose from and prep from but I also offer a meal prep service for someone who has a hectic schedule with little time to cook.
For Personal Training I offer one-on-one sessions several days a week for beginners as well as program design for intermediate and advanced trainees.
