Introduction: Each exercise is specifically selected based upon faulty movement patterns. I will be able to identify your asymmetries and limitations of movement and prescribe the appropriate corrective exercise. Fixing your faulty movement patterns, you will be able to lift heavier weight and move better. The most rewarding part about being a personal trainer is the ability to help. Seeing my clients work hard everyday to accomplish their difficult goals gives me great satisfaction. Building up their confidence and self esteem brought a sense of fulfillment to me everyday.

Greg is the kind of trainer who always goes above and beyond for his clients. He really cares and encourages and pushes you to do your best. He is kind and positive and always willing to help and offer advice. I am proud to say that he has helped me become the runner I am today. I ran before I started working with Greg, but I wouldn't have called myself a runner. I could barely get through a 3 mile run without stopping. Greg helped me train for my first race, a half marathon. During training, we often ran together and he pushed my pace and helped me reach my goal time. Greg is an amazing trainer who is very knowledgeable about running, but also other fields of exercise, stretching and nutrition. I highly recommend him.

Greg is the best trainer I have ever hired to train me. During our sessions together he always makes me feel confident and comfortable and as a female those are my top requirements of a trainer. As a Physical education teacher myself I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable in the areas of exercise science and nutrition. The fact that Greg has a background in exercise science and health is evident when training with him. I would recommend Greg to my closest friends and family members. Since training with Greg I have seen results I was unable to get on my own and I will continue to recommend him to all seeking a great trainer!

Greg helped me tone up and get into great shape. I received a lot of compliments on my appearance after training with Greg. I am excited about continuing to work with him in 2015. He get's results and makes exercise fun. Not the same old routines, he has a lot of different exercises to get you the results you want.
