Introduction: I'm an experienced personal trainer who has trained at New York Sports Club, Bally's, and New York Health and Racquet Club. I now train independently for it allows me to be more interpersonal and helpful to my clients. Thus, my rates are very affordable and become even cheaper when purchasing packages.
I am based in Midtown Manhattan. There will be "no membership fee" required, and the first session is "free", since I need to gauge your fitness levels. I specialize in cardio interval training, resistance training both with and without weights, flexibility, core fitness, and sports-specific training.
In addition to $50 individual sessions, I also have the following package rates:
* 5 sessions for $225
* 10 sessions for $430
* 20 sessions for $800
