Introduction: I specialize in strength training, weight loss, prenatal/postnatal fitness, nutrition program design, and functional training. I love learning about and coaching/training people for weight loss/hypertrophy/strength gains (through exercise, nutrition, and hormone manipulation), program design, corrective exercise, and being bad ass. I've realized how big psychology plays a role in making new habit changes, and ultimately changing your body through nutrition and exercise. People come to the gym and change their body compositions and health for many reasons. Some of these reasons are deeper than what will ever come out of their mouths or whatever you may see on their surface, but if those people can inspire themselves or have an inspiring person guide them to their goals, they will grow to be better inside and out. This will in turn allow that person to be happier mentally and with themselves in all walks of life, therefore leading to an easier transformation physically. I believe and have seen proof that you can live a normal life while still achieving your health and fitness goals. You can live life and still have the body you desire, but with that must come patience, consistency, and confidence. You deserve to live the life you want and achieve your goals in and outside of the gym. I hope that I can help with your goals!
