Introduction: Do you look and feel the same as you did six-months ago? There is so much conflicting information in fitness, changes in trends and celebrity endorsements, it's hard to know what to do or believe.
My sessions are based on two things - the science of exercise and feedback from you. My coursework includes university-level biology, chemistry, biochemistry and anatomy. I am certified and insured in mat Pilates, pre/post natal training in Pilates, as well as holding two certifications in yoga. As clients have different goals and ideas of "results" I work to tailor your session to what you desire (lengthening, relaxation, body-sculpting etc).
I love what I do and am rewarded by seeing the change in people's lives that transcends the body.
I love all types of movement, and to see it come alive in people's bodies. I love the moment when I see someone push through an exercise that they weren't able to do before. The small wins are exciting and make the whole very satisfying.
