Introduction: I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. My goal is to reach out to individuals who are beginning their yoga exploration and prefer one-on-one personal instruction and guidance, as well as those who want to deepen their yoga practice. I develop each practice specific to the individual based on level and lifestyle and will guide you through your practice in your home, work space, or anywhere in the city we can find a place for your mat.
