Lauded by Travel Leisure Magazine as the creator of “The World’s Best Frozen Yogurt” and heralded on ABC-TV's "The Chew" for constructing "The Worlds Best Sandwich", Chef George is now looking forward to Big Bang Kitchens being recognized for its dynamic catering menus, enticing gourmet products, entertaining culinary classes and intriguing Pop-Up restaurant events. With Big Bang Kitchens, George has certainly found a way to exploit the scientific techniques he developed during his days as a research scientist and applying them to his passion for creative cuisine.
