- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the needs of the client. Staffing ranges are from $25 - $100 per hour or you can have a catered event at $40 per person which may include staff, rental equipment etc. Give us your ideas; have a budget and let us prepare a menu for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with us is to have a simple desire to have someone produce an event for you in your home, office or some destination where you want it all done without fuss and worry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself personally have travelled throughout Europe to gain knowledge in the field of being a Chef and varied cuisines. I also trained in New York in the Catering community in many different venues and locations. Throughout this experience I have been in the food industry for over thirty years running a catering company that provides full off-premise catering. We have even provided food for schools and camps alike. We cover a lot of ground. Our chefs are from all different types of cooking backgrounds from Mediterranean to Asian, Kosher, Italian, French. our front of the house staff come from the same mix of fine dining to serving BBQ in Louisiana.
