- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive 35 yr background in culinary arts and the food service and fine dining industry. I've received both my bachelor's degree in culinary and hospitality management fields and I'm also licensed to prepare and serve food within the State of New York.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised by a cooking and culinary family so it's in my nature to provide quality to potential customers.
