Chef Max and his team put an incredible event together with only 3 days notice! They were professional, friendly and were a pleasure to work with in regards to logistics and planning. The dinner was for 25 businessmen inside of an apartment. They brought tables, chairs, serving utensils, everything. It was the easiest event we have ever thrown. Chef Max is very talented and has surrounded himself with a world class crew. We will definitely be calling him in the future.

Joseph McKnight was patient, kind and professional. He asked my preference of food for the occasion. I did not have clarity about the appetizers and entrees I wanted. He came back with a well thought out menu. He and Chef Hardy did a fantastic job within a short time frame, despite another commitment on the same day. The job was in White Plains, NY. I arrived at 4:15 as I had indicated. He and his team had been waiting since 4:00; on time which was very important. It was a wonderful experience. The food was very tasty. Chef Hardy's team did a great job catering our New Year's Eve party in my apartment in Manhattan. From the outset they were great with providing a prompt proposal and were quick to answer any questions. Joe, the sales manager, was great and followed up before the event. He and the staff did a great job- everyone raved about the food and they were great in attending to all details of the evening. They handled all set up and clean up and were incredibly friendly.
