Introduction: I teach cooking to absolute beginners, provide cool full meals for parties at your home, and specialize in whole roast suckling pig; though I do great vegan and vegetarian foods too. A couple of cooking lessons are a great gift for your young graduates. I actually started doing them in New Haven for Yale students. Soup to nuts, I've handled a lot of flavor profiles, but specialize in French and my native Southern comfort food. Also a part-time butler, I am happy to help serve your small to medium-sized party from the kitchen. I can do demo dinners for your guests who want to learn.
