What to drink? Ah, the age-old question, but a drink isn't just something to coif your thirst or hold in your hand. A drink is a part of the experience. I want to teach you how to make the choice, to feel knowledgeable, confident, and drink with etiquette and style. With spirits, classic cocktails, theory and technique, I am going to give you a framework for understanding, so you go out in the world and learn and understand with ease! It's a lifelong learning, but some of the most enjoyable you may ever have. Classes are tailored for the professional bartender as well. From there, if you are interested in learning more about drinking out, what to order where, how to suss out a bartender, we can talk about drinking at events, bars, and restaurants, or if you are more interested in being able to craft cocktails easily at home, I will happily guide you through setting up a home bar that will suit a drink after work or cocktail parties with friends. If throwing a cocktail party feels a bit out of your comfort zone, we can talk about the night you envision, and I will take care of the rest.
