- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently underwent the examination in the Court of Master Sommeliers, not a necessary accomplishment for my day job but I feel like it gives my customers more confidence in my work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Leading staff trainings to educate restaurant staff about wine so they can better serve their guests. Finding wines that pair best with the restaurants food menu.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who has a personal connection to the wine and its maker because that will make the biggest impression on you and your guests. It's about making the wine experience more meaningful and learning how to be discerning when choosing wine. There's a lot of mediocre wine out there!
