I have been taking French lessons from Jennifer for a year and a half now. I love the easy pace and her laid back style. I never feel like I've been left behind. Her classes are progressive and comprehensive as well. The homework is fun and easy, I really enjoy the variety of activities we do (listening, speaking, writing)

"After trying more than one language school without success, I found Jennifer. She is exactly the right balance for a teacher. She motivates and challenges me while being encouraging at the same time. I appreciate her willingness to clarify anything I may struggle with. I believe she truly wants her students to succeed. Learning French has been a long time dream for me, Jen gives you what you want on your terms and in doing so, makes you want more. It doesn't get any better!"

We interviewed a handful of candidates to teach our two young children French. They seemed fine--but we felt there was something missing. When we met Jen, we immediately knew that she was the one. Jen arrived with books, arts and crafts, and lesson plans to show us how she stood out from the rest. Jen's classes are always well planned, full of energy and excitement, and so much fun! Jen tailors each class based on your child's personality and likes. She knew my daughter likes ballet and that my son likes soccer, so one class was devoted to those hobbies. In just a few short weeks my kids are already saying a bunch of phrases and remember their colors and a few greetings. Jen makes her classes so much fun that my kids don't realize they're learning so much. Jen also has a wonderful, warm personality that makes the kids at ease. I can't recommend her highly enough!

A. Teaching is one of the most complicated jobs today. It demands broad knowledge of subject matter, curriculum and standards; enthusiasm, a caring attitude and a love of learning; knowledge of discipline and classroom management techniques; and a desire to make a difference

I love being a teacher because it's one of the jobs in the world with the highest degree of professional satisfaction.Nothing makes me happier than the moment when I see my students, once unable to understand one french word, capable to manage real-life situations in French.I also work with young children and their eagerness and enthusiasm when learning french is absolutely great.
