It was a pleasure working with Keith and Loredana on my kitchen renovation project. I had never undertaken such a large and costly project before, and Keith turned a potentially intimidating and sprawling effort into a straightforward plan. Loredana is an excellent designer and has a knack for understanding the needs of clients. Knockout is a full-service firm and works directly with co-op or condo boards if needed so you don't have to handle the paperwork. They also work with their own subcontractors and suppliers and prefer to purchase materials through them. The end result is pricier than a lot of contractors but the savings in time and effort made up for it in my case. I would definitely work with Knockout again in the future.

There is nobody better than Knockout for a high quality full service reno. Our kitchen was completed on time and within budget. The owner Keith was very involved and has tremendous knowledge. Loredana was wonderful to work with and key to our excellent looking design. Jackie in the office was very efficient in managing the small stuff so I didn't have to thankfully, and last but not least the incredible craftsmanship and detail from Robert was beyond expectations. Very high quality work and apt was always clean by the time I got home; the man is ice! It has been just over 6 months since the kitchen was completed and I can say we are very pleased with everything....we have one awesome looking kitchen! A recent follow up visit by Keith to see how everything was working was welcomed, unexpected.

Knockout did a full gut renovation on my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in 2015 and I cannot say enough good things about them. The designer I worked with was absolutely standout, helped me stay in budget and still get the look I was after. The workers and tradesmen who came to the apartment during the reno (which my dog and I were still living in) all were very careful and did nice work. I especially appreciated how clean and careful they were to ensure my dog didn't get in to anything, even when the apartment was a fully open workspace. The renovation work came with a 7 year warranty on the work done and now, five years later, I can say that Knockout has 100% stood by their work. I've had only a few minor items arise that I've called them about in the past five years, but in each case, Keith and his team were responsive and the people they sent to address each item were prompt, helpful and very effective. Am loving my "new" apartment and looking forward to my next renovation project with the Knockout team.

We provide an extensive work scope of what the project will cost. Each item is listed and cost provided for each aspect of the renovation project. Our clients love this because it gives them the choice of picking and choosing based on need and cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a conversation with our Office Team, we book an in the house or virtual consultation where our talented Designer - Project manager can evaluate space take the measurement, and collect and media, data, or inspiration from the client. After this, we present our Labor and products proposal and avg 5 to 7 days later in our Showroom IN Manhattan on 43rd street and 2nd ave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend industry webinars as a team and provide training for each new tool or procedure we encounter. @0 years of business in NYC mean we have a lot of knowledge in our field but there is always more to learn.
