A. People don't realize that computers ...just like us can lose memory! However...They will always have the upper hand because they can upgrade, increase size & gain speed...when we lose our memory it is gone forever!
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Have an idea of what you want... Know your computer & it's capabilities and limitations ....get a full assessment. Don't get overwhelmed by the task and don't be afraid to ask questions ...
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The quality and style are unique, we take the time to get to know our clients and it shows in our delivery because we take the white glove approach to our work & aim higher than their expectations!

A. Being able to use my endless creativity to bring memories back to the surface and give them new life & mortality! I also really enjoy making a work environment more enjoyable & less frustrating for people... Bringing smiles to peoples faces!

A. What if something happens to my original?
A~ We use the white glove approach, I assure them that it is safe with us, give them the option to sit with me until the digital transfer is completed so they can see the process to make them feel comfortable! I also offer to come to them so that there original stays within there comfort zone! We're portable & mobile!
