- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services based on the size of the company/entity/person and the amount of work that's entailed. I wouldn't charge Coca Cola what i would charge an up 'n coming photographer/artist. But that said, there are minimums that i maintain as i know what the cost is out in the world and i do value my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first engaging with a new customer, I prefer to have a face to face meeting to discuss the project. This way there is no "lost in translation." We can hash out the details, expectations, etc right then and there. From there, subsequent communication can be thru phone/email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied advertising design @ F.I.T.. But, soon left as i'd secured and entry level art dept. job in an entertainment company.So, the bulk of my experience has been on the job. I of course, supplemented my education with course study throughout different times in my career.
