Bobby Fingeroth is a TOP notch designer!!! He helped with all facets of my start-up coffee shop including logos, letter head, tee shirts, aviatar, business cards, business signs, paraphernalia and so much more. I continue to use him to this day and would HIGHLY recommend him. The only problem (it's a good problem to have) is that he has so many great ideas, it's hard to choose one!

It's great working with Bobby on my business cards. He made it easy for me, he asked question he comes up with ideas & then he comes up with options... & for me..... I like options... He doesn't move forward until you as the client give it the green light...reach out to Bobby if you want your full ideas on your business card...& you want great quality work....

We hired Bobby to create a 4x6 booklet for our yoga company. Bobby was very creative and come up with a look and feel for the booklet that highlighted our products in a contemporary fashion and made us look great. We were supper happy with Bobby's work and are now using him for our other design needs.

I feel scammed. Skill level is not what the portfolio he has posted online suggests. After 6 weeks he still has not provided a logo, label and dust cover. He promised to have my project completed within 3 weeks AT MOST (back on 1/11/16). I responded to all questions promptly. He promised top notch branding for $575 and I agreed to make the investment in my business. I feel scammed. He has been paid more than $400 and refuses to refund the money. He asked me to pay the first draw before he bag an working via PayPal using the "friends and family" link so he would not have to pay fees. Unfortunately I had never used PayPal and did as he asked (I didn't realize that using that method meant I don't have any recourse through PayPal if there is an issue). I finally had to hire someone else to do the job. He tried to change the terms of the contract because he said he "undersold" himself in the quote he provided. I am very unhappy. This was a lesson learned the hard way about being very careful who you hire online.

Im so sorry that Teresa was unhappy with the work that I did for her. This review is both surprising and disappointing, as I received nothing but positive and enthusiastic feedback from her throughout the process. I do take deadlines very seriously, and did my best to deliver the work within the timeframe discussed. The reason for delay on this project was due to the client taking extra time to make decisions, specifically because she had trouble deciding on which concept she liked the best. To be clear, I use the friends and family option on PayPal in order to avoid incurring fees to either my clients or myself. A finished logo concept was delivered to the client and was awaiting final approval. Dust covers and labels could not be completed until I had final logo approval. All this being said, I have refunded her money in full and wish her the best of luck in all future endeavors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first have an initial conversation with a client to find out about their business, goals, and ideas for the project. After that, I begin researching and designing, and eventually present the client with several options for whatever they have hired me to do (logo, packaging, etc.) I then advise clients to choose one option to develop further, and we revise it until they are satisfied. I find that choosing one option (even if it combines elements from others) helps to keep projects on track.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS in Graphic Design from Parsons The New School For Design in New York City.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for logos, branding, and packaging.
