FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always do our best to thoroughly identify the specific objective(s) of a client's project and then clearly outline a budget and schedule that works best for them. Once all those elements have been agreed upon then the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We clearly identify the client's objectives first and once that is clear an agreed upon budget and timeline is established. We usually create a phase by phase process that allows for an easy way to track the progress of a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
