Keith had taken a tired looking Real Estate company and repositioned it for the 21st century. He looked at all of the competing firms to help determine where there were overlaps in positioning and then to take the brand in a new and forward looking direction. He re-branded the entire look of the company with a new signature color, font, store front awnings, stationary, business cards etc....Keith is an ultimate professional with a strong back ground in branding and advertising. He had the smarts to ask the right questions about the business and took the time to understand my business before trying to change anything.     The most common request is a new brand identity. It's what I do the most. But it's not just about the logo. It's about the verbal and visual voice of your company. It's a story about your brand. So I take it very seriously.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Expect a partnership more than a contractor relationship. So the up-front time is very important. I want to know your business as much as possible.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    ROI is tremendous if you approach it the right way and you are patient. Nothing will show immediate results except maybe a limited promotion like "50% OFF! TODAY ONLY!" And still, a half-off sale is not a long-term, brand-building strategy.
