I hired Luis to design a logo for my video production business. It's a small business that films mainly weddings on Long Island, but also other events ranging from High School shows and proms to local bands, and political events. I told him I wanted something simple, as my business was 'cross-platform' (i.e. I didn't want it wedding specific), but wanted it to pop. He came through in spades. My logo is simple yet elegant, pops, and I continue to get compliments on it. He was quick and efficient and is now my 'go to' guy for anything graphic design.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are negotiable depending on the demand of the project. I do offer discounts for first time clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can talk over the phone about the project or I will send a short questionnaire to familiarize myself with the client and the project. From there I will create a first draft and send updates with periodic feedback until completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience designing logos, multimedia, marketing, animation, illustration, web and print design. I have an art degree and have taken continuing education in the School of Visual arts.
