Nico was my son's piano teacher for 10 months and I couldn't be happier with the love for music Nico fostered in our son. We moved away and miss him dearly!
Our son was young but bonded quickly with Nico and was always eager to impress him. We were amazed to find out that our son was selected for the second round of the Special Music School after working with Nico for only 5 months! They have 12 spots for all of NYC so our son's successful completion of the first round is a testament to Nico's ability to bring out the best in his students.
The practice time prescribed by Nico was perfect for our son. Nico is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of piano theory and technique. He is also a very dependable teacher and would confirm lesson times the day before.
