In order to fully accommodate your schedule, we recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon. Cancellations: In consideration of our other clients, please give 24-hour notice of any cancellation. Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged the full service price. Salon hours: Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Personal styling: Personal consultations for bridal services and private events are available on request. Out-of-house appointments incur an additional service charge of 100%. Gift vouchers: Gift certificates are available for services of your choice. They are valid for the period of one year after purchase and are non-refundable.
