- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I said before if you seeking excellence on your experience and to look like a celebrity you should expected to pay accordingly. Price points for makeup application range from $150-$350+. Hair services can range from $150-$400+ dependent upon city/location and duration of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with you costumer; Communication: a good conversation to feel out the costumers needs and answer their detailed questions. Product selection: I ask specific questions about the client's skin, hair and other details of their day. This ensures that I'll be prepared with the necessary products prior to the service taking place and when I find out about possible allergies and skin sensitivities. Trials: I recommend makeup and hair trials for bridal parties not only to see how it will look on you and to know exatly what to expect from your hair and makeup on the day of the wedding. It's also the perfect time for you to decide if I am executing it to your liking and vision. Price: in the beauty industry price often equals quality. A bride or any costumer looking to get incredible quality results you should expect to pay for this. Day of the appointment schedule: we discuss the necessary time for the service to be executed and tips on how you should prepare yourself before the appointment.
