- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common work that we are commissioned to do on a regular basis, involves mounting televisions. We're trusted, and highly respected in that arena, based largely on repeat customers, referrals, and our numerous video testimonials, in addition to the video documentation we provide regarding each project, before and after. This way each customer knows exactly what they're getting into before we show up to do the work. The video of us mounting two 80 inch televisions, at separate locations this year, has been the basis of the customers of New York continued enthusiasm at not only finding us, but recommending us to friends & family. In some cases, even recommending us to their offices!

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Video references/testimonials are the highest honor any handyman service can get. Check out every available link that you possibly can, including checking into whether or not the references that they've provided on other websites are simply fabricated to garner more business, or if they're the real deal. A handyman that's willing to gloss over more than a few details in a phone call, or e-mail request, doesn't know what he's doing. He's going to ask questions, and get answers, or he's more than likely going to double or triple the price on you, once he get's there. That's why we have a no ambush policy on all of our jobs. That policy is a two way street and it not only protects us, but the customer as well.
