- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will receive a call from the client, introduce my self. The client will explain the project he/she would like to have completed. I will give them an hourly rate. Most clients will decide there and then.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Every day their is something new to learn as a handyman, it does not matter how long I have been in the business. There are client moving in or out of a apartment, condominium or house, having window treatments installed, door repairs, hardwood floor repairs and painting. I have other week that clients will call for hanging a ceiling fan or replace a bath room fixture, assemble furniture and lets not forget the air conditioner. For myself! I enjoy what I do, it's all in a days work from a leaky faucet to replacing damage drywall and at the end of the day what's most common is my clients are happy and satisfied ready to give me a call back for their next project.
