We help homeowners get their homes sold quickly for top dollar by making them appealing to home buyers. Home staging involves doing everything to emphasize the positives and to downplay the negatives of your home.
We can do a home staging consultation on owner-occupied homes where we provide you with a list of everything needed to get your home in show-ready condition. We can help implement this list, or you can do it yourself.
We also furnish and accessorize vacant homes and apartments. Potential buyers need to emotionally connect with a space and need to see where their furniture will go and what will fit, and empty houses can't achieve that.
We also provide interior redesign services which involves using mostly what the homeowner has and supplementing it with purchases and improvements—all with an eye toward future resale value and attractiveness.
