Introduction: The following is our "you-work-we-clean " basic cleaning rates: * $50 for Studio flat rate * $60.00 for 1 bedroom flat rate * $70.00 for 2 bedroom flat rate * $85.00 for 3 bedroom flat rate (Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom included in price) * $5.00 for extra bathroom The following is our "deep" cleaning rates: * $65 for Studio flat rate * $75.00 for 1 bedroom flat rate * $85.00 for 2 bedroom flat rate * $90.00 for 3 bedroom flat rate (Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom included in price) * $5.00 for extra bathroom The following is our optional and additional services: * For Inside fridge: $10 included in deep cleaning * For Inside Stove: $10 included in deep cleaning * For Laundry Wash and Fold: $10 ( if washer machine on premises only) * Wipe down Windows: standard size window
