Emaids completely lived up to its 5-star reputation! First off, they made it incredibly easy to schedule a cleaning via their online form, and were very transparent about what I'd be getting and how I'd be charged for it. They confirmed the visit with me via email, which was also very convenient. Dora arrived right on time, was very friendly and easy to talk to, and above all did an incredibly thorough job of cleaning our cat-hair-infested 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. I ordered the "standard clean," but you'd think it had been a "deep clean" by how shiny and polished and neatly organized everything looks! Will definitely be hiring them regularly going forward.

I cannot recommend eMaids enough. I requested them last minute to come clean my apartment, and they were able to do so the very same day. Ronald , who helped schedule the appointment, was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions. The maid showed up on time ... and this place is spotless! Immaculate, even! she was extremely professional and polite and did a phenomenal job. As someone who travels weekly for work, there was a ton of collected dust and clutter (not an easy task for most) and the job done was well beyond what I was expecting. Will absolutely be asking them to come back! Great service! Thank you!

I had them come over to clean my apartment, and loved their services! I had a hard time finding a reliable service in my area that could accommodate my requests for using organic cleaners. The maid brought organic cleaners, and completely worked around me. The maid was extremely friendly and a great cleaner. She did a wonderful job cleaning my home. They are great, and I will be calling them again!

I booked them as I urgently needed my apartment to be cleaned after the previous guests that had rented out the place left without properly cleaning up after themselves. The customer service representative was extremely polite and quick in setting up a cleaning for my place. The maid was very thorough in the cleaning process, making sure I was satisfied . She was very quick yet thorough and hardworking. I loved her attitude and she was also extremely helpful in answering any questions and concerns that I had. I highly recommend this company
