I hired Caroline for a group of 5 cooking lessons. I completed 2 lessons, and was very happy with the result. On the 3rd lesson, I had planned a very important lunch with my Mother-in-law arriving from the East Coast that Caroline would help me prepare. I booked this engagement a week in advance. The day before, Caroline called me at 10:30am to cancel the engagement citing personal reasons. This put me in a terrible situation, as I could not find a replacement to help me under such short notice. She is a great cooking instructor, but I would not rely upon her for an important event as she is able to rationalize out of a business engagement, which makes her unreliable.

Unfortunately, this was a situation which I could not rectify. I had a personal emergency that the client neglected to acknowledge. I gave the client ample ability to work with her before the morning of her event. I was not meant to prepare the food for her party, merely teach her how to prepare the food (as a lesson implies). When this client started telling me to offer her my services gratis since I could not keep the appointment we originally set up, I was put off completely. When one reschedules an service, you do not get the service for free. It would have been unprofessional for me to continue working with this client.

Caroline has changed my life in 72 hours. She responded the same day and did a wonderful in home consultation. She asked all the right questions and even connected beautifully with my kids. Her meatballs are to die for and we're still licking our fingers from her jerk chicken. She's a super star.

Caroline has been with us a year and she's fantastic. She's reliable and very pleasant to work with. My family is a big fan of her cooking. Whenever it comes to renew, my husband always says "BUT WHAT WOULD WE DO!!!!"
