The NLP/Hypnosis sessions provided by Charles over the course of several months were a trans-formative experience for me. I suffer from chronic pain and anxiety. Charles drew upon his own life experience, NLP/Hypnosis technique, and an in-depth understanding of my physical and emotional history to tailor each session to my personal needs. Through use of visualization, breathing, and relaxation techniques I was able to enter a trance state which refocused my energy away from the area of my body in pain. I left each session in a healthier relaxed frame of mind and diminished pain. Charles also gave me the tools to practice NLP/Hypnosis techniques on my own in order to cope with what was ailing me at the workplace and home, and when confronted with stressful situations. He also provided meaningful insight which helped me to view my pain and measure my progress in a different, more positive light. I would highly recommend NLP/Hypnosis with Charles to anyone struggling with chronic pain and anxiety. -- Dana N., NY, NY

Charles is a true listener and possesses that rare ability to distill – from an onslaught of scattered, seemingly disjointed thoughts and feelings – a clear, cohesive focus with which to begin the process of shifting one’s habitual, ineffective and counterproductive way of being and behaving in the world. Charles approaches each session with great sensitivity and respect, which fosters such trust that I reach a very deep level in the hypnosis process. Thus, I experience a shift, a palpable change, during and immediately after each session, which continues to actualize at an unconscious level over weeks. Friends and colleagues have commented that I am more focused and grounded; something is different about me, for the better. Quite simply, working with Charles has been profound and has opened up my mind to a better way of being and living.
