At my law office, I work with you personally at all aspects of legal representation. Initially, I take from you, personally, by phone or by e-mail, all necessary information. Then, I will fill out the forms or prepare all paperwork, file it, and be present at your immigration interview, or at your court hearings.
You can phone or e-mail me at any time to schedule an initial appointment. I offer personalized service, honest representation and affordable legal fees.
I have assisted hundreds of clients in obtaining a "green card" or US citizenship, or defended them in deportation proceedings, in various locations: from New York, through New Jersey, Connecticut, to Florida and Texas (in family, divorces and criminal cases, I represent clients only in New York State).
If you do not have a case, I will tell you at the outset, without wasting your time or substantial amounts of money. I cooperate on personal injury and medical malpractice cases, with reputable personal injury law firm.
Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I went through the immigration system myself, with my own case, and I have an understanding of what my clients, or prospective clients, have to go through. I've been there myself. I handle also family and divorce proceedings and certain types of criminal cases bearing more and more on successful representation in immigration proceedings. I speak some of languages of my prospective clients, some fluently, some on a basic level, i.e. I speak Polish, Russian, Spanish and I read French and speak a bit. I know how they think, I know their cultures, I am not losing much in translation.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I can help people who are new to this country, to the language, to the culture. I went through it all myself. I take their cases seriously for I know in what a life mess they can end up, if their legal representative will take lightly their case. To them, it is their life, not a case. I went through it myself. I tell them at the outset if they do not have a case, to save them from waste of money and time, and myself from professional and personal embarassment.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you guarantee the result?
Never. However, I tell the clients how do I see their case, what and where are the problems or weaknesses, what results I achieved in similar situations, how the immigration authorities act in similar factual scenario, etc..
