I hired Sarafiné to do Staging for an apartment I was selling. It was on the market January 1 and sold in a record 3 months. I had dabbled at selling it in the past but was a bit uncomfortable with someone judging my space. Sarafiné was amazing. She honored the space I created and lived in, while enhancing my home for public viewing. I am certain that the bids I received above asking price were due to her creativity. I have since hired Serafine to decorate the new home I have purchased. Her creativity outstands me. She is kind and generous with her skills. I would hire her in a second before the word gets out on how AMAZING Serafine is.

I had a typical NYC apt too much stuff, not enough space.then I hired Sarafiné. Sarah helped me organize my condo. Everything now looks/feels totally different my closet and drawers are no longer a chaotic mess. She even taught me how to fold and store my things that was quick and easy. It's been 3 months and I am still organized who would have guessed :). I love that she taught me how to maintain things myself. It was a great investment.

I hired Sarafiné as a interior designer for my Home. She took time to understand who my family is and what our lifestyle is like. Then she designed our space contingent on what we like, while making sure it was functional. I was impressed that she actually stayed within our budget even though we changed our minds a few times on some of the items. I love her demeanor, professionalism, and the fact she repurposed some things we already had and saved us money and time in the long run. I would definitely recommend her to our friends and would hire her again for our next home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 25-30% on items purchased for their home and an hourly rate of $125.00 for shopping, etc. I can also do a consultation and help people do staging, interiors etc on their own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know who they are, what their needs are and what's their time frame to have the work done and budget. I work with the things they love and avoid the things they don't like. While creating an environment they love to live in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with 2 other Interior Designers to learn the ropes and establish relationships with various show rooms, stores, and furniture designers.
