We offer traditional Japanese martial arts programs for children, teens, and adults. Classes in Kokushiryu Jujutsu, Karate, Adult Self-defense, Judo, and Tomiki Aikido are available. We also offer certification in CPR/AED, CPRPro, Basic and Advanced First Aid, and several other courses.

Kokushiryu Jujutsu is an educational system and lifetime sport derived from the fighting style of the ancient Samurai warriors. The "mother" of Japanese martial arts, jujutsu consists of punches, blocks, kicks, throws, holds, and self-defense techniques.

Students learn to fall without getting hurt, how to deal with bullies, and how to avoid getting into fights. Benefits include improved coordination and focus, as well as the development of strength and body fitness. In addition, younger students develop a positive attitude, learn discipline, focus, respect, and how to work with others, while building self-esteem and confidence.
