In our present form, we exist to foster useful research and the preservation of the various classical techniques and methods of Northern Shaolin 7 Star Pray Mantis.
Moreover, we support and promote the continuous development of our humanity through the cultivation of our physical, spiritual, emotional, and social awareness/perception in keeping with Shaolin Buddhist and Daoist/Taoist concepts of expanding self-knowledge by reaching beyond self.
While we are not a school, but a research association that includes regional and national schools, we do have contacts with many fine teachers and schools around the United States and the world.
Semi-private lessons can be set up in New York for a few very serious students with senior members of our association as time permits.
Please note that we are not a self-defense school; referrals can be made for that sort of interest.

A. Gung fu is lifestyle for us, not a just fighting. We are a family.
