- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet on a weekly basis via video conference (studio meetings are suspended indefinitely) and discuss your goals. I'll listen to you read a series of passages designed to pick up on patterns in your speech. From there, we identify the main sounds you want to work on, and I create custom exercises to strengthen your articulators and create a dialect muscle memory, and help get you closer to your speech goals. If you're working on becoming a bolder speaker, we start with some simple physical exercises so you can speak confidently and clearly .

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I studied speech as a part of my master's program, and have been teaching for over 10 years. I am fascinated by language, and I love helping people express themselves fully. I believe the root of all clear, delicious storytelling is clarity of physical intention, from a dialect posture, to confidently addressing large groups.
